Myofascial Release/trigger point  

 

           

Myofascial Therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation, that aims to treat underlying muscles of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically oriented form of massage addresses trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues,  and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries. 

                   

 

  

Sport  



        Sport massage uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training - before, during, or after sports events. It helps muscle strains, aiding healing after a sports injury. Also promote flexibility and help prevent injuries.

                    

 

Prenatal 



           Prenatal massage help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the massage therapist will help get you into a comfortable position for this type of massage.

                    

Aromatherapy 


​               Aromatherapy is the utilize of essential oils taken out from plants with the goal of supporting overall health, relaxation and sensations of well-being.

                   

 

 

Oncology 

 

          Oncology massage desined for the specific needs of people who are dealing with the physical and emotional effects of a cancer diagnosis and its treatments. It is good for dealing with a lowered immune system, for developing lymphedema, recovering from surgery, stressed by radiation or chemotherapy treatment.

                    

      

           Lymph Drainage 

 

          Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to          encourage  the natural drainage of the lymph from the tissues space body.  It is particularly  good  detoxification, edema, pre- and post-plastic surgery and post- liposuction. 

                                  

    

Hot Stone 



            Hot stone massage used along with other light pressure techniques, hot stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the body. The therapist places warmed stones on certain areas of the body, such as acupressure points. It is good for deep body relaxation and nerve tension.

                       

 

 

Deep tissue 



       Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff  "trouble spots"in your body. Therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. It helps to relieve chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

                

 

Advanced bodywork 

 

          The practitioner focuses on decreasing pain caused by muscle spasms, tension, and dysfunction (i.e., neck, shoulder, lower back and extremities) using strong, deep and, more advanced techniques.  A variety of other techniques such as range of motion, trigger point release, neuromuscular, and medical massage are also used.

Shiatsu  /Acupressure/

          Shiatsu massage, the therapist uses varied, rhythmic pressure on certain precise points of the body. These points are called acupressure points, and they are believed to be important for the flow of the body's vital energy, called chi. Proponents say shiatsu massage can help relieve blockages at these acupressure points.

                 

 

Cellulite 

 

          Cellulite massage is a popular way to increase circulation, encourage waste removal and reduce cellulite.  The theory is that this will increase the metabolism of the energy stored in these fat cells and reduce their size.

                  

Cupping 

 

          Cupping therapy is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Therapist place a flame inside a glass, bamboo, or pottery cup to create a vacuum in the cup and then quickly put the cup's open end on your body. It can improve blood circulation and flow of lymphatic fluid, relaxing tight muscles, and help break up and get rid of scar tissue and adhesions.

                  

 

Hand Stress Relief Therapy /Reflexology/

 

           Reflexology uses hand, thumb, and finger techniques to stimulate certain areas of the feet. These areas are believed to correspond to different parts of the body. It is expected to promote health and well-being.  Relieves tension of the arms and feet.

                  

Couples 

 

           A couple is massaged in the same room at the same time, by two different therapists.  Couples Massage is also a great way to introduce a partner who has never gotten a massage before in a way that makes them feel more comfortable. Mostly uses long strokes and light kneading. It is goot to reduce tension and stress.

Thai 

       

          Thai massage uses a sequence of stretches, muscle compressions, joint mobilization, and acupressure techniques the therapist performs these techniques on the floor and on a padded mat while the client is fully dressed in comfortable clothing (generally oil is not applied). It is help to increase energy, improve flexibility and increase blood circulation.

Swedish     

 

          Swedish Massage uses traditional massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction as well as flowing strokes with light pressure. It helps to relief stress, increase blood circulation, removal of toxins from the body, relax tight muscle and relief tension.

 Chair 

 

              Chair massages are done while you're seated fully clothed in a portable, specially          

 designed  chair. They usually involve a massage of your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and                     hands.
